DivorceHelp123 cookies

When you visit DivorceHelp123 or use our Services, we send one or more cookies – a small file containing a string of characters – to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. Cookies are used to achieve several goals. One is to provide DivorceHelp123 with the capability to personalize information for certain segments of its customer base. Another is, in some instances, to allow DivorceHelp123 the opportunity to associate individual customers with their information profiles. For example, through the use of cookies, our Login can “remember” your user ID when you login to DivorceHelp123 on your computer. We also use cookies to track user preferences and trends, such as how people prefer to use our Services. Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies, but you can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some DivorceHelp123 Services and features may not function properly if your cookies are disabled.

Affiliated suppliers

Elements of our Services consist of services maintained by third-party businesses. When use of our Services requires DivorceHelp123 to visit the sites of these businesses the only information transferred to the third-party is the fact that you came from DivorceHelp123 (the referring address). This practice allows the third-party to monitor its own web site traffic, but does not provide them with any information about you.

DivorceHelp123, sometimes with the assistance of a third party, may use your information to process your payment through merchant account services, to generate the products or services you order, and to analyze our customer demographics.  In addition, we may provide information to a third party in response to a subpoena or otherwise comply with the law.

DivorceHelp123 may share your information with companies that provide support services to us (such as an email service provider or website hosting company), or companies that help us market our products and services.  These companies may need information about our clients in order to perform their functions.  DivorceHelp123 has entered into confidentiality agreements with each of these companies to prohibit those companies from (a) using any personal information for any other purpose, or (b) disclosing such personal information to anyone other than DivorceHelp123.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we process is accurate, complete, and current, but we depend on our users to update or correct their personal information whenever necessary.

Accessing and updating personal information

When you use DivorceHelp123 Services, we make good faith efforts to provide you with access to your personal information and either to correct this data if it is inaccurate or to delete such data at your request if it is not otherwise required to be retained by law or for legitimate business purposes. We ask individual users to identify themselves and the information requested to be accessed, corrected or removed before processing such requests, and we may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical (for instance, requests concerning information residing on backup tapes), or for which access is not otherwise required. In any case where we provide information access and correction, we perform this Service free of charge, except if doing so would require a disproportionate effort. Some of our Services have different procedures to access, correct or delete users’ personal information.
